Parenting Support

Often the best approach when dealing with children's mental health and behavioural challenges is to work via the parents. This is particularly the case for very young children.

Parents often seek support when they have children experiencing significant anxiety, behavioural difficulties relating to conditions such as ADHD, Autism, ODD and learning delays, or generally to help improve a child's resilience and the families overall wellbeing.
