Parenting Your Anxious Child
Anxiety is the most prevalent mental health concern in young children, and can be treated effectively via parenting programs aimed at skilling up parents to skill up kids!
Alison Nipperess, Clinical Psychologist, runs a 4 week parenting program that builds parenting capacity to help children overcome anxiety and create calmer families.

*Pre-course anxiety screener with feedback*
The brain science of anxiety and what it looks like in children
What to do when anxiety takes over the family
Helpful parenting responses to anxious behaviour and constant worrying
Building your child's anxiety busting tool kit
Facing fears: creating exposure based stepladders for your child

Course Fee:
$500 per parent
(NDIS funding can be used for eligible families)

Tuesday Evening Option: 6pm-8pm

Saturday Morning Option: 10am - 12noon
